1) If user wants to cancel the services within 5 days (including 5th day) from the plan start date, he/she can send us the mail at contactus@feebotrade.com or through Contact Us Link provided above . Refunds will be made within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of plan.
2) If user wants to cancel the services after 5th day from the plan start date , he/she can stop using our platform but no refunds will be made whatsoever.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway , refund will be made to the same account.
